Wilder coach: Deontay is very dangerous right now and I want Usyk to fight the most dangerous fighter in the world

Malik Scott believes that Fury is very unpredictable and may refuse Usyk

Malik Scottformer heavyweight champion coach Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs), commented on the American’s potential fight with the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs).

“I think that Usyk should postpone the fight with Fury and switch to us. Let him just fight us. First, it is completely unclear what Fury is going to do. He doesn’t say anything. Second, I’m just greedy. I love the position Deontay is in right now – mentally, physically and spiritually.”

“Wilder is very dangerous right now and I want Usyk to fight the most dangerous fighter in the world. In the US, no one respects Alexander as much as I do. But I also know that I am training the deadliest fighter in the history of the sport.”

Recall that the WBC has sanctioned a duel between two former world champions – Andy Ruiz and Deontay Wilder.

Wilder defeated Finn Robert Helenius by knockout in the first round in October. After the fight, Deontay offered to fight the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk.

Usyk challenged Fury after defeating Anthony Joshua. Soon, the Ukrainian said that it was impossible to fight Tyson this year.
