Dillian Can’t Decide on Top 5 Heavyweight Boxers
Former “Interim” WBC World Champion Dillian Whyte stated that the Ukrainian WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk may not be in the top 5 best heavyweight boxers of our time according to Dillian himself.
Tyson Fury is an undefeated fighter. Anthony Joshua and I are both coming back from losses. It’s confusing because Ruiz and Wilder have won the last fights and AJ and I have lost. But that doesn’t mean Wilder and Ruiz are better than us. So it’s complicated here.”
“Tendril? I don’t know where he belongs. He is the unified world champion, but I still don’t know where to put him. We have to see if he fights Wilder, Fury and me. Then we will all see. He fought Joshua twice, but Anthony definitely beat himself in those two fights. He was nervous, scared and crazy in those fights.”
Dillian has lost two of his last three fights. In April, White lost to Fury by TKO in the sixth round for the WBC heavyweight title.
On November 26, Dillian will face undefeated American boxer Jermaine Franklin (21-0, 14 KOs) in London. At the same time, White has already expressed a desire to fight with four other boxers, including Usyk.
