“Where did those scooter devils go? Mineev responds to those who accuse him of self-promotion over the NWO

Russian fighter, reigning AMC Fight Nights middleweight champion Vladimir Mineev will face Brazilian kickboxer Fernando Rodriguez (13-7 in MMA) on November 18 in Moscow.

At the end of September, Mineev told that he received a summons as part of a partial mobilization in the Russian Federation and that this fight, part of the preparation for which took place in Mariupol, would be the last before departure. Moreover, Mineev didn’t rule out that the meeting with Rodriguez could be the last in his career.

As part of the fight week media activities, Mineev on Tuesday gave a long interview on various topics to a group of journalists (read more HERE), but the words about the fist and the performance about the knives were apart, when at this moment Mineev just pulled out a knife.

“” went to an open training session, saw how Mineev promised to beat Rodriguez.

After the lesson, spoke with Mineev, and our conversation just started with the topic “at least with a fist, even with knives.”

– Yes, in fact, a hooligan message (turned out), – Mineev started an interview with . – To be clear… I’m not talking about money. Any finance-related story is fine with me. But finances are not in the foreground. For me, the priority is the big challenges, the big confrontations. What can inspire or motivate me.

As for the question of money… I’m tired of these incessant mercantile talk about money, especially hearing these questions from people who don’t have any. Well, during this conversation there was a question (about fees for playing on knives). Well, I asked him again if he was ready to pay that amount. If not, then why ask.

Cam – cam. Knives are knives. But aren’t cutlers people, not fighters? They are even more dangerous than those who fight with their fists, it seems to me.

— You mentioned great challenges. Friday you will fight in the true sense of the term with the big Rodriguez (20 kg difference).

Yes, he is tall.

– But the words about the “great challenge” seemed figurative. What “big names” do you see on your shortlist that you would like to see as opponents in the future?

— Question without interest. He’s not in focus. Everyone knows my plans, but you’re talking about a diametrically opposed story. I give myself big ones. Once I was engaged in kickboxing, I played professionally. Then I decided to master the art of wrestling and become MMA champion, Fight Nights league champion. I have become. Moreover, I had a goal in a fair fight to defeat Magomed Ismailov. I beat him and defended the title. Defending the title is one of my constant goals. But due to the circumstances, the sports career will now have to be interrupted.

– I know your projects perfectly, but in my question I wanted to focus on sports.

– That’s why I say that (after the fight with Rodriguez) there will be a break in sports. God willing, I’ll finish this fight well – I’ll win, and then I’ll tackle those things that give me a little more headache.

– Tell us about those people who helped you prepare for the fight with Rodriguez.

— We were preparing with representatives of my team Mineev — the master of Greco-Roman wrestling sports Grigory Krasheninnikov. This is my compatriot from the Ichalkovsky district of the Republic of Mordovia. He devoted many years to Olympic wrestling and decided to try his hand at MMA. And we do everything to make the guy happen. Also (worked) with a young and very promising Omar Aliyev, who is from the Republic of Dagestan, but works and studies in Ulyanovsk. He plays for our team. We train together. He was therefore my main sparring partner, because he is globally and tall, he has the same technique, because he himself comes from wrestling.

And Aliyev made his professional MMA debut on November 11 at AMC Fight Nights, and it turned out to be a hit. He showed a good fight against a tough and experienced opponent. I’m happy with them. I hope he is resting now, because soon he will have to start preparing again and reach new heights.

“Did these fighters accompany you to Mariupol?”

– Yes.

“UNDER THE POSTERS OF BUZOV VS ZAGITOV THERE ARE MILLIONS OF COMMENTS, THAT’S WHY THESE ADS ARE MADE FOR”

– We are talking with you after open training, then I remembered how you recorded an episode on Kirill Sarychev’s YouTube channel more than a year ago called “How much will Minev lift?” Can you tell me how many times you pulled up and how many bench presses?

I don’t remember, I’m not a weightlifter. Shot below 30 times… Bench press? Well, how much I pressed Sarychev – this is probably my maximum (125 kg). I simply did not set myself such a task. You know, I remembered a story that happened in the legendary club KITEK. Then Magomed Ismailov, nicknamed Cobra, our senior fellow, studied with Mark Ionovich Meltzer. And I happen to have worked with both Mark Ionovich and Zaynalbek Zaynalbekov. And then Kobra seemed to be preparing for the tournament, and Mark Ionovich praised Magomed – then, in my opinion, he boxed with (Roman) Romanchuk. And then Mark Ionovich, after praise from Magomed, asked Zaynalbek: “How many hundred are missing?” Zaynalbek Zaynalbekov thought and thought and replied, “I don’t know, I’m teaching him to fight.”

In general, all these elements turned out to be very individual. For example, the same boxer Vyacheslav Lemeshev … They say that he could not get up even five times, but at the same time he won the 1972 Olympics, had phenomenal technique and reaction speed , which is the most important. Martial arts is such a thing where the lack of one can be compensated by something else. Lack of strength can be compensated by technique or endurance, lack of technique by assertiveness or aggression.

– You have already spoken about your attitude towards pop-MMA. But I would like to know your first reaction when you see posters, announcements or titles of fights such as Buzova-Zagitova, Emelianenko-Dzyuba.

– Emelianenko against whom?

– Football player Artem Dzyuba.

– Is this a joke?

– There are relevant posters on the network.

– Well, that’s funny. It’s still an advertisement. Demand leads to offers, if anyone is interested… Maybe someone is more interested not in watching the fight, but in participating in the quality and hype surrounding it . There are probably millions of comments under these posters – people are arguing, exchanging opinions. Probably, for all this such posters are created and such hype is inflated. And what does the prefix “pop” mean in the term pop MMA? What’s not serious?

— Popularity.

– Well, if we are talking about fights between popular people … If we are talking about Buzova and Zagitova – probably yes. Is it popular what guys do, trying to make themselves known with insults and provocative behavior… If it’s in someone’s interest, then they watch it. I don’t watch it, it doesn’t interest me. My entourage does not look at it either. The fact that the guys are engaged in martial arts and get paid for it, I’m happy for them. Are they always satisfied with themselves? I do not know. Do they remain respected among their peers and comrades? I can’t say either. Among serious people, such behavior is unacceptable.

Different guys fight in pop-MMA – there are good ones, there are not very good ones. One size does not row. There are people who speak little or draw attention to themselves with normal sound tools. And there are those who do not disdain…

“HALF THE PEOPLE ENVY, AND THE OTHERS TRY TO JUSTIFY THEIR COANY ACTIONS”

– In conclusion, I would like to come back to your plans after the fight with Fernandez. Under your talks, I read comments that you promote on the subject of CBO.

– I also read these comments, they let me down. I will say more – I have analyzed these people who write this. They’re either bots from Ukraine – the kids who are busy for all this Ukronazi business – or the ones who escaped from the NWO. Those who try to justify their cowardly acts: “And here it turns out that there is Mineev, who promotes himself.”

Or they are people who are haunted by the thought of me. I wouldn’t even be surprised if more than half of these people were those who fled the mobilization to neighboring countries: to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia. Where did those scooter fiends go… Yes, let them write whatever they want. Half the people are just jealous, while the other half tries to justify their shameful, cowardly actions by pouring a bucket of shit on me.

First, normal men who have something to do don’t spend much time in comments – they don’t sit there and correspond. If you are not a media, for whom it is part of the job. And there are people who have nothing to do. And in our country now there is 100% what to do. As a result, it is a kind of liberalism that hides. On the street, you can’t tell about him that he wrote something in a comment. You can read and write this forever, and only a few real men can pick up and do the work. And real men go there.

The fact that I’m making money now is probably too boring for someone. Who writes the comments? The ones you give the shit to and the dust of your pockets will be gone. Let them think of themselves, I have a normal dialogue with myself. Second, I am organizing a fight on November 18, transferring a third of the fees to a charitable foundation that helps orphans, disabled children and children in difficult living situations.
