Russian UFC fighter Damir Ismagulov announced his retirement on social media.
– Unfortunately, due to circumstances and health problems, I have to end my sports career. Thank you to everyone who was by my side, regardless of the outcome of the fights, who were genuinely sick and worried. It was an interesting trip, a moment that will be remembered. I hugged everyone,” Ismagulov wrote on social media.
In the last fight, the 31-year-old Russian lost by unanimous decision to his compatriot Arman Tsarukyan at the UFC Vegas 66 tournament. In total, Ismagulov has 24 wins and two losses in mixed martial arts.
