Denis Petrovsky, Minister of Sports of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, said that athletes from 13 countries of the world have confirmed their participation in the Ivan Yarygin Cup in freestyle wrestling.
The tournament will take place from January 26 to 29 in Krasnoyarsk.
– We have assembled an organizing committee to prepare another international event – this tournament has already become the hallmark of the region. This, of course, concerns the freestyle wrestling tournament, the Ivan Yarygin Cup. 13 (!) countries have confirmed their participation – among them, from far abroad, I will mention Mongolia, Serbia, Turkey and Greece, as well as neighboring countries. The total number of participants is about 330 athletes,” Petrovsky wrote on the Telegram channel.
