Olympic champion Albert Batyrgaziev will face Panama’s former WBA featherweight champion Jezreel Corrales in early February, tournament organizers told .
The ten-round lightweight bout will take place on February 4 in Serpukhov.
Batyrgaziev has seven wins in the professional ring (5 by KO), Corrales has 26 wins (10 by KO) with four losses. The Panamanian is ranked sixth in the WBA lightweight division.
Also as part of the tournament, the third fight in the professional ring will be held by world champion Mark Petrovsky, who will face Abraham Tabul of Ghana in a heavyweight bout. The African boxed in Russia in 2019 when he lost to Evgeny Tishchenko in the first round.
The tournament with the participation of Batyrgaziev and Petrovsky will be held within the framework of the Third All-Russian Boxing Forum.
