Rematch between Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk and British Antoine Joshua should take place in Saudi Arabia, said promoter Eddie Hearn.
Usyk in September in London defeated Joshua by unanimous decision and won the WBA (Super), WBO, IBF heavyweight belts from the British. However, the contract for this fight included a rematch option, which Joshua’s team took advantage of.
– We have agreed on the place of the fight, we are working on the date of July 23, we are almost ready to announce it. The most likely location is Saudi Arabia. Can be postponed for a few weeks.
