They will become contestants in the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter reality show. The fighters will become team trainers and after the show ends they will have their own duel.

McGregor, 34, has not entered the octagon since July 2021. Then he lost in the first round by technical knockout to American Dustin Poirier. The Irish fighter broke his leg. As for Chandler, the 36-year-old American also lost to Poirier in his last fight. Then Dustin won by choke.
