The former heavyweight title contender chose his favorite to fight for the undisputed title.
Chris Arreola can’t pick his favorite in the possible fight for the title of absolute world champion between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury.
The former heavyweight contender believes the Brit will have an advantage because of his size.
At the same time, Arreola did not ignore the Ukrainian, who has skill and experience.
“It’s going to be a very fun fight. You can’t teach size. I have to pick Fury just because he’s such a big and skilled fighter. Despite his size, he fights like a middleweight, so I picked Fury.
But you can’t underestimate the merits of Usyk. He’s one of the greatest rookie boxers of all time, he’s had over 300 fights, won gold medals and everything,” Arreola was quoted as saying by Boxing Social.
Note that the Usyk-Fury fight will take place on April 29 in Saudi Arabia or Great Britain.
Previously, undefeated British heavyweight Joe Joyce picked his favorite in the Usyk vs. Fury clash.
