President of the Russian Wrestling Federation Mikhail Mamiashvili said that the Iranian team that won the Club World Cup is a good opponent, in addition, it was reinforced by two Russian athletes.
The Freestyle Club World Cup was held in Tehran. In the final, the Russian wrestlers lost to the hosts of the tournament – 4:6. As part of Russian team the victories were won by Muslim Mehtikhanov, Shamil Mammadov, Ahmed Usmanov and Magomed Kurbanov.
