In early May, it became known that Alexander Emelianenko will fight under boxing rules against Vyacheslav Datsik in September in Moscow.
Emelianenko, 40, has 28 wins, nine losses and a draw in MMA. The last time the heavyweight fighter fought under MMA rules was in November 2021, when he lost to middleweight Brazilian Marcio Santos.
