Saul Alvarez will fight his next fight in Mexico. This was announced by the boxer himself. The fight will take place on May 6th in the Mexican state of Jalisco.
According to the legendary athlete, he is coming home to honor his state’s holiday. At the same time, Alvarez did not name his future opponent.
“In celebration of 200 years of independence and sovereignty of Jalisco, I am back to fight on home soil. I will defend all my titles in May. More information to come,” Canelo wrote on social media.
