The fighter wants to conquer this historical position, but before that he intends to reach his best level. For Jon Jones, dominance in the UFC and winning streaks in the category are nothing more than an obligation for the feat he wants to achieve in the coming years. We are six heavyweights with a gym in the morning, swimming in the afternoon and drills in the evening. He weighs about 112 kg. Strong to ca*****. Cardio is good and you have to have the same speed as him. He’s coming back to beat the champion. It’s hard to follow and he’s very observant and studious.“, he stated.
