In a duel with Devin, the Ukrainian can claim his WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO titles
Promoter Bob Arum hopes that he will be able to organize a championship fight between Vasily Lomachenko and new WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO lightweight title holder Devin Haney.
The American became the undisputed lightweight champion of the world after defeating George Kambosos last night. Haney won thanks to a unanimous decision of the judges – 116:112, 116:112 and 118:110.
Earlier, Arum said that Lomachenko’s manager, Egis Klimas, is considering an option in which the boxer would leave Ukraine for a championship fight.
At the same time, Lomachenko had an agreement to conduct a battle with Kambosos before the start of a full-scale Russian invasion.
Vassily hasn’t fought since last December when he defeated ex-world champion Richard Commey by unanimous decision.
