Former World Heavyweight Champion Antoine Joshua explained why he nearly got into a fight with representatives of American Jermain Franklin’s team after the fight.
According to the results of the 12-round fight, which took place on Sunday evening in London, the judges unanimously gave the victory to Joshua – 118-110, 117-111, 117-111.
At the end of the fight, Joshua pushed his opponent back, after which one of the USA team members pushed Joshua back. The referee and other representatives of the boxers managed to resolve the dispute.

It was the 33-year-old Joshua’s first fight since August 2022, when he again lost to current WBA Super, IBF and WBO titleholder Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine.
Joshua has 25 wins in 28 fights. Franklin suffered a second loss with 21 wins.
