Hearn: I don’t think Fury wants to fight Usyk

The Brit could come back for a fight with Joshua

Promoter Eddie Hearn suggested that Tyson Fury will be ready to return to the professional ring for the fight with Anthony Joshua.

To organize a fight between two Britons for the title of absolute world champion, Joshua must win Oleksandr Usyk in their second fight this summer.

“I think if Usyk beats Joshua again, he [Фьюри] stay out of the ring – I don’t think he wants to fight Usyk. But if Joshua wins – and I really believe he will – you will see the biggest fight in boxing, ”said Hearn.

The date for Usyk and Joshua’s rematch will be announced next week. The fight is expected to take place on August 13th or 20th.

The Ukrainian defeated the former champion last fall, unifying the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles.

Fury announced his retirement after a knockout victory over Dillian Whyte in April.
