Athletistic/ Boxing. UFC 6 Tournament champion Oleg Taktarov has said he expects to enter the UFC Hall of Fame with former rival, Brazilian Marco Ruas.
“I think that Ruas and I should be there at the same time. However, if I am offered to enter the Hall of Fame alone, I will answer: ‘I will not enter it without Marco. “That’s it. Either we go in together, or I refuse. I know now the UFC pays a lot of attention to history. You have to respect history,” Ag Fight Taktarov quotes.
The fight between Taktarov and Ruas took place in December 1995 and ended with the victory of the Russian by the decision of the judges.
Taktarov had his last fight in April 2008. In total, the Russian has 17 wins, five losses and two draws.
