Athletistic/MMA. Fedor Emelianenko, president of the MMA Union of Russia, said that Russian fighters will not yet be allowed to participate in tournaments organized by the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF).
Emelianenko said negotiations are underway to bring the Russians back on the international stage, but the IMMAF is divided between those for and against the move. He also noted that the leadership of the federation is inclined to refuse the return of Russian athletes, but most of the IMMAF still supports the idea of sending Russians back to tournaments.
