To the father of a former UFC star Jorge Masvidal charged with attempted murder.
Earlier, 67-year-old Jorge Masvidal Fernandez was arrested after a shooting at the ex-fighter’s home.
Fernandez allegedly shot the man, Luis Lencioni, at least twice. Lencioni was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds to both hands. The victim claims that Fernandez shot him during a “verbal altercation”.
Masvidal, 38, made his UFC debut in 2013. In total, during his career, he won 35 with 17 losses. The athlete announced his retirement from the UFC in April.
