Ukraine took first place in the team standings
Ukrainian boxers successfully performed at the Bornemissza international tournament in Eger, Hungary and took first place in the team event, winning 24 awards: 12 gold, seven silver and five bronze.
The winners of the tournament in Hungary were: Maxim Rudyk (51 kg), Ivan Zavadsky (54 kg), Denis Rozdolsky (57 kg), Alexander Yarovoy (63.5 kg), Dmitry Maga (71 kg), Nikita Zasenyuk (86 kg), Alexander Zelensky (92+ kg), Adriana Kotovich (54 kg), Tatyana Dovgal (60 kg), Yulia Filipova (63 kg), Anastasia Saranyuk (75 kg) and Irina Lutsak (81+ kg).
The silver of the competition was won by: Vladislav Kondratyuk (48 kg), Ruslan Shilov (57 kg), Vladislav Dudar (80 kg), Jamal Kuliev (86 kg), Nikita Malyuta (92+ kg), Diana Petrenko (50 kg) and Alina Malyar ( 52 kg).
Bronze medalists were: Vitaly Shvets (80 kg), Tatyana Ivanova (66 kg), Radmila Radionova (70 kg), Natalia Khodyk (81 kg) and Nina Karpenko (81 kg).
Oleg Kudinov, head coach of the Ukrainian men’s youth team, was recognized as the best coach of the Bornemissza tournament. Competitions in Hungary were held on June 7-11.
