Boxer dies at 22 after fight at Pacquiao tournament

Filipino boxer Kenneth Egano has died aged 22 after collapsing in the ring.

Egano, a flyweight, fought eight rounds with Jason Fakularin on a weekly boxing show hosted by eight-time world champion Manny Pacquiao.

Egano won the fight, but passed out in the ring before the winner was announced. The boxer suffered a brain hemorrhage and fell into a coma, then later died, according to The Inquirer.
