Russian MMA fighter Vladimir Mineev said he returned to training while in the war zone and planned to resume his career.
At the moment, Mineev, 33 (16-1-1 in MMA) holds the AMC Fight Nights belt, but hasn’t fought in MMA in a year and a half. The last fights of the athlete in 2022 were held according to the rules of kickboxing. Since February 2023, the athlete has been serving in the SVO zone. On May 17, Mineev announced that he had arrived in Saransk after receiving leave from the NVO zone on the occasion of the imminent birth of his daughter.
