Undisputed world lightweight boxing champion Devin Haney has revealed that the Nevada State Commission fined him $400,000 for a violent thrust he inflicted on a Ukrainian man. Vasily Lomachenko at the weigh-in last Friday before their fight in Las Vegas.
On Saturday, Haney defeated Lomachenko by unanimous decision (115:113, 115:113, 116:112).
– Get this privileged sick loser out of boxing, he finds excuses for his defeat along the way! Tell the commission to give me back my 400 thousand dollars for this push! Haney wrote.
Earlier it became known that Lomachenko’s representatives will appeal the result of the fight.
Haney, 24, has 30 professional ring victories. Lomachenko, 35, suffered the third loss of his career with 17 wins.
