Representatives of the boxers have already held the first talks
WBC heavyweight title holder Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) and ex-world champion Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) can fight in September in the UK.
Fury’s spokesman George Warren and promoter Joshua Eddie Hearn have already begun talks. Last year, the boxing teams discussed a potential fight, but then the parties came to nothing.
It was previously reported that Fury plans to return to the ring in July or August. Tyson is negotiating with undefeated Australian Damsey McKean (22-0, 14 KOs) and IBF cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaya.
Joshua last fought in April, defeating Jermain Franklin via unanimous decision. Anthony has said he could return to the ring in the summer. Also, the Briton is ready to fight with Deontay Wilder in December.
