ACA Heavyweight Grand Prix Quarter Finalist Muhumat Vakhaev believes that his rival Grigory Ponomarev uses drugs banned by WADA.
Despite the fact that there is no doping control in MMA, Vakhaev suggested that Ponomarev stop using banned drugs in Olympic sports.
– He’s “khimari”, and I’m going to eliminate the chemistry from him. Starting today, stop drinking hormones and testosterone, slimming. He understands what I’m talking about. He is taller than me, but the taller the tree, the louder it falls,” Vakhaev told Ponomarev in a crossover interview at the press center.
Ponomarev and Vakhaev will meet on July 21 in Moscow at ACA 160 in the quarter-finals of the ACA Heavyweight Grand Prix. The winner will have a duel with Kirill Kornilov, who has already reached the semi-finals.
