Olympic Taekwondo Medalist Artamonov Knocked Out in Second Round of World Championships

Russian Mikhail Artamonov was defeated in the second round match of the Taekwondo World Championship, which is being held in Baku.

In the opening fight in the weight category up to 63 kg, the bronze medalist of the Tokyo Olympics defeated the representative of Cyprus Ioannis Pilavakis, and then lost to Frenchman Suleiman Alaphilippe.
