Usyk: Now I can’t imagine a fight with a Russian in the ring. I wouldn’t want it myself

Alexander next fight will hold with Briton Dubois

WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO World Heavyweight Champion Oleksandr Usyk said whether he would now agree to fight with a representative of the Russian Federation.

“Now I can’t imagine a fight with a Russian in the ring. I wouldn’t want it myself. I would not agree to a fight with a representative of Russia. Actually, I don’t even think about it. There is no one to box with, ”said Usyk.

Usyk’s next fight will be against Briton Daniel Dubois. The fight is scheduled to take place on August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland. Previously, options for holding a championship fight in the UK and the Middle East were considered.

Previously Usyk signed a contract with Skill Challenge Entertainment from Saudi Arabia. The Ukrainian believes that this cooperation will help organize a fight with Tyson Fury.
