Two-time UFC champion Nunes announces retirement

brazilian fighter Amanda Nunes after defeating Irene Aldanoy announced his retirement in a title fight at UFC 289.

The fight took place in the bantamweight division and ended with Nunes winning by unanimous decision. Immediately after the fight, the athlete announced his retirement from sports.

– Double champion forever! Today I won the championship belt fight so today is a great day to go,” Nunez said in the octagon.
