Johnny Nelson shares his thoughts on a possible fight for the undisputed heavyweight title.
If Tyson Fury really wanted to fight, he would do it, and not tell everyone about the lack of rivals. This is what former world champion Johnny Nelson said.
The famous boxer commented on the failure of the fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion. According to Nelson, Fury did not believe in his victory against Usyk, and therefore the negotiations dragged on.
“Tyson Fury has proven that he is the best fighter in the world. I think he will beat Usyk, but he doesn’t seem to believe he can beat Alexander.”
All these requests, negotiations, concern for financial gain – I appreciate it. But I’m not one of those fools who’s going to jump ahead of it all and play this game. I see everything.
You can fight back and you deserve the lion’s share, but I’m not buying this bullshit. The public can buy, but I don’t. If you fight, fight.
When he says nobody wants to box, a lot of people in the division want to fight you,” Nelson told Seconds Out.
It will be remembered that the former famous promoter said why Fury did not want to fight Usyk.
