russian fighter Vadim Nemkov tops the Bellator standings regardless of weight class, according to the promotion’s press office.
Last week in the main event of the Bellator 297 tournament in the United States, the Russian defeated Cuban Yoel Romero by unanimous decision and defended the light heavyweight belt.
Nemkov edged Brazilian Patricio Freyri in the standings, who took second place. Ukrainian Yaroslav Amosov remained third. Another Russian Usman Nurmagomedov has lost a place and finds himself on the 7th line of the classification.
Nemkov, 31, has 17 wins and two losses in MMA. In January, the fighter re-signed with Bellator.
