Magomed Ankalaev could fight next at October’s UFC tournament in Abu Dhabi

UFC light heavyweight coach Magomed Ankalaev Sukhrab Magomedov, in an interview with , spoke about the Russian fighter’s plans.

Ankalaev could have become UFC champion against Jan Blachowicz in the December 2022 tournament, but ended the fight in five rounds with a draw, snapping a nine-fight winning streak. Later, American Jamal Hill won the championship belt, defeating Glover Teixeira in a bout for the vacant title.
