Director Nikita Krylov Alexander Skaredin tells the UFC fighter’s team would like to see America’s next opponent Anthony Smith .
In Krylov’s last fight on March 11 in Las Vegas, Krylov defeated American Ryan Spann by choke in the first round of UFC Fight Night 221. The fighter has 30 wins and nine losses. In the UFC, Krylov performed from August 2013 to the end of 2016 and from the fall of 2018. Now the fighter is on a three-game winning streak. Nikita Krylov is ranked fifth in the UFC light heavyweight rankings and Smith is seventh.
Krylov prior to this fight was sixth in the light heavyweight rankings. Smith is in fifth place.
– Nikita Krylov is now recovering from the fight. I think we’ll start training somewhere in August, and by the end of the year we’ll see him in the cage. There are no details about Krylov yet, as Nikita occupies high positions in the ratings and he cannot fight with anyone. Again, we’d like to meet Smith. Their fight would be stylistically interesting to the public, the higher Smith is in the ratings, and this opponent could become a springboard to fight for the UFC belt in the future,” Skaredin told .
Saturday, will broadcast the UFC Fight Night tournament in Jacksonville (USA), Josh Emmett and Ilya Topuria will meet in the main fight. Watch the live broadcast on the federal channel from 10:10 p.m. on the Match! Fighter” – from 6:30 p.m.
