UFC fighter Abusupyan Magomedov has told that his sparring partner, German boxer Agit Kabayel, could fight Anthony Joshua in August.
Magomedov will perform in the main event of the UFC tournament in Las Vegas and will face American Sean Strickland. He trained for the tournament in Düsseldorf, where his family has lived since 2005.
– Who prepares you in Germany for UFC performances?
– My boxing trainer is from Turkey, he now has a professional heavyweight boxer, European champion. Now he will most likely fight Anthony Joshua in London in August. Anthony Jousha, 33 (25 wins, 3 losses) is one of the highest paid boxers in the world and a former WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion. The Brits’ last fight came on April 1, defeating Jermaine Franklin of the United States by decision.
