Russian boxer Pavel Silyagin weighed 100 grams less than DR Congo’s Patrick Mukala, reports the press service of the Russian Boxing Federation.
The fight within the framework of the Winners Cup tournament will take place on June 30 in Krasnoyarsk. According to the results of the official weighing procedure, the Russian’s weight was 76.1 kg, and Mukala’s was 76.2 kg.
World Championship and European Games bronze medalist Silyagin has 13 wins in the professional ring (6 by knockout). The Russian, ranked 14th in the WBA rankings, had his last fight in March in Yekaterinburg, when he knocked out Colombian Leonardo Carrillo in the fourth round. Mukala has 14 wins, two losses and a draw. The boxer spent all fights mainly in South Africa.
