The event will be the first boxing event for the BT Sport platform under a new name
Broadcast rights to WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO World Heavyweight Championship fight Oleksandr Usyk and British heavyweight Daniel Dubois platform received in PPV format TNT Sports.
The resource was previously known as BT Sport. From July 18, the platform completes its rebranding. The duel between Usyk and Dubois will be the first major boxing event for the resource under the new name.
Fight Usyk – Dubois should take place on August 26 in Wroclaw, Poland. Usyk will receive 75% of the total prize fund – $6 million. Dubois can count on 25% – 2 million.
In addition, the Saudi company Skill Challenge Entertainment is negotiating a fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury, and is also planning a fight between two ex-world champions Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.
