Earlier, Jeff Monson told that he will fight Taktarov on August 4th. Taktarov, in a conversation with , noted that the contract for this fight has not yet been signed.
Since your last fight in 2009, have you ever been on the verge of fighting again?
– Yes, one way or another there were no concrete proposals. Now there is an opportunity to make a world show with a famous boxer. There’s a lot of money there. I just want to feel how I move, how I carry the audience, everything else. We have to start trying. If possible, it could be here in Las Vegas or Dubai. If it works, that will be great.
Does this boxer have a Russian passport?
“Yes, he probably has, now you all know that,” Taktarov told .
Roy Jones received a Russian passport in the fall of 2015.
