New ACA Welterweight Champion Ustarmagomed Gadzhidaudov said he was holding back his emotions after winning the title.
On Friday, Gadzhidaudov defeated Vitaly Slipenko by unanimous decision at the ACA 160 tournament in Moscow in the Welterweight Grand Prix quarterfinals and became the new league champion.
“I am very proud to have won the belt. I went there for a very long time, my championship ambitions came true. I spent a lot of time in the league and now I won the belt. I want to thank the league management. I hold back my emotions now, but I’m really happy, ” correspondent reports Gadzhidaudov’s words.
“I will express my opinion… The fight between Slipenko and Gadzhidaudov is the best of this tournament,” said ASA founder Mairbek Khasiev.
