Australian George Kambosos really wants to meet the Ukrainian boxer in the ring.
IBO lightweight champion George Kambosos says he plans to fight former three-division champion Vassily Lomachenko next. According to the Aussie, this is a big fight, which should gather a whole stadium.
“I got all the lightweight belts. I have a big fight in the stadium.
The next fight is with Lomachenko. It was a real fight. He will throw his punches and box more openly. That’s what I want, and it’s a big fight that I’m ready for.
I got the IBO championship belt. I won the world title and added it to my collection. It’s not one of the four most prestigious, but I have four others,” Boxing News 24 quoted Kambosos as saying.
Recall that earlier the ex-world champion said that Oleksandr Usyk had passed his peak in sports.
