Two days before the event, Khamzat Chimaev gave an interview to the website “Combate” and opened the game about his confrontation with Gilbert Durinho. The Swede made it clear that he is not intimidated by the Brazilian and assured that this fight will not be his biggest challenge. According to him, Gilbert is not his biggest challenge in the UFC.

Khamzat Chimaev followed his provocations towards Gilbert Durinho and assured that he will devour the Brazilian. The fighter declared that the rival is not prepared enough to face him and understands that Burns is afraid. Chimaev also finished saying that he respects Durinho before UFC 273: “I also respect him a lot. It has nothing to do with respecting or not respecting in the cage.
