The Ukrainian boxer, in case of a victory over the British boxer, will have to defend the title again.

Oleksandr Usyk has to defend his title again. According to the famous promoter Eddie Hearn, his ward Philipp Hrgovic will demand a fight with the reigning world champion if the Ukrainian wins against Dubois in the next fight.

“It is clear that we will promote the mandatory IBF title defense. That was central to the fight against Demsey Makkin. Hrgovic needed this fight to stay active. then he will fight with the winner of this fight.

In my opinion, Hrgovic needs to jump to this level, because it seems to me that in terms of the quality of his boxing, we have hardly seen a better Phillip. I guess sometimes you just can’t get your train off the ground.

Hrgovic is 30 years old, he is still quite young, but he needs to be more active. I think you’ll see a better Hrgovic against stronger opponents,” Hearn said in an interview on Boxing Social’s YouTube channel.

Recall that the Usyk-Dubois fight will take place on August 26 at the Tarczyński Arena in Wroclaw, Poland.

Previously, the promoter called the conditions for the fight between Usyk and Fury.
