O’Malley knocked out compatriot Aljamain Sterling on Saturday at UFC 292 in Boston (USA) and became the promotion’s new bantamweight champion.
“Our revenge must come sooner or later,” Yang wrote on the social network.
In October 2022, the Russian lost to O’Malley via split decision. In total, Yan has 16 wins with five losses in MMA, the American has won 17 and suffered one loss.
