Ecuadorian UFC fighter Marlon Vera accepted a dueling challenge from an American Shauna O’Malley .
On Sunday night, O’Malley knocked out Aljamain Sterling and became the new UFC bantamweight champion.
After the fight, he said he wanted to have a rematch with Vera in December. The fighters previously met in August 2020, when Vera defeated O’Malley by first-round TKO.
“Children, wait aside! Send me contacts,” Vera wrote on the social network, attaching several emoji with bags of money.
O’Malley earned the 17th victory in MMA with a loss. Vera has 21 wins and 8 losses.
