Athletistic/ Boxing. WBA light heavyweight champion (up to 79.4kg), Russian Dmitry Bivol, has said he would be interested in a fight with American Jermell Charlo if he beats Mexican Saul Alvarez on September 30.
“I think Canelo will go ahead and try to finish off Charlo with one or two punches. And Charlo will try to keep him at bay, he will move… That’s how I see it. I am not an expert. To make a good prediction, you have to watch the fights.
Am I interested in someone 76 kg other than Canelo? No, I need belts… If Charlo wins, I’d like to fight. Although I would prefer to play in my division. But if someone gives me a good offer, I’ll take it,” Bivol said in an interview with Fight Hub TV.
