The legendary boxer called on the EU leaders to grant our country the status of a candidate for the European Union
The legendary Ukrainian athlete, member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame Wladimir Klitschko addressed the European leaders. The Ukrainian called for our country to be granted the status of a candidate member of the European Union at the EU summit.
“Soon, European leaders will give the final word on granting Ukraine the status of an EU candidate. I call on everyone involved: Ukraine is not only a shield for Europe, but also a great opportunity for its prosperity and future,” said Klitschko Jr.
Recall that earlier the European Commission recommended recognizing the European perspective of Ukraine and granting our state the status of a candidate for joining the community.
