The head of Matchroom Boxing commented on Daniel Dubois’ punch in the fifth round of the fight against the WBA, WBO and IBF champion. Answering questions from his followers, he explained why this moment should be considered an illegal low blow.
“The whole fist is below the navel, the lower bones of the fingers are lower. Dubois hit Usyk’s bandage – it was a blow below the waist,” Hearn wrote.
