American Palmer will give Tumenov 30% for missed weigh-in, ACA chief says

American Lance Palmer did not reach the featherweight limit and will give 30% of his fee to his opponent – a Russian Bibert Tumenov said ASA league president Alexei Yatsenko.

The ACA Featherweight Grand Prix quarter-final between Tumenov and Palmer will headline ACA 162 on September 2 in Krasnodar. Palmer, 35, has 23 wins and six losses.
