Olympic bronze medalist boxer Imam Khataev has signed a contract with Canadian promotion company Eye of the Tiger, according to a statement from the organization.
It should be noted that the 29-year-old athlete has signed a multi-year agreement.
The Russian athlete is a bronze medalist at the 2020 Olympics and the 2023 World Light Heavyweight Championship. Khataev made his professional boxing debut in November 2021, beating Azerbaijani Ismat Eynullayev. In total, Khataev has three professional fights and three wins.
