Athletistic/Boxing. Egis Klimas, manager of Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk, has expressed his position on the possible cancellation of the result of the title fight against Briton Daniel Dubois.

Earlier, Dubois promoter Frank Warren announced his intention to file a complaint against the judges’ decision in the duel with Usyk.

“Frank you’ve been in this business longer than all of us put together and you still believe in miracles. Stop it. A low blow is a low blow,” Klimas wrote on his social media.

Recall that in the fifth round of the fight, Dubois knocked down Usyk, but the judge recognized this blow as illegal (below the belt) and gave the Ukrainian five minutes to recover from the blow. In the ninth round, Usyk knocked out Dubois and successfully defended his WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles.
