ACA League Vice-President Aslanbek Badaev believes that the duel between the Kazakhs Artem Reznikov and Russian Alexander Shlemenko probably won’t happen.
Previously, Shlemenko and Reznikov spoke to each other impartially in the public space. Former Bellator middleweight champion Shlemenko in MMA has 62 wins, suffered 15 losses and one fight ended in a draw. Reznikov, an ASA Lightweight Grand Prix runner-up, has 24 wins and seven losses.
– This is an unlikely event, because Shlemenko will not be interested in the fight. You can treat differently. Alexey Yatsenko said it was pop-MMA history. I think it’s a good story for post-Soviet MMA. Mairbek Khasiev might have a different opinion. The main thing for us is to understand if the fighters want this fight. If the two are ready, we could talk to them, at least raise the possibility of a fight within the organization. Alexander hasn’t answered anything yet, so these are just words, Badaev told Metaratings.ru.
“” broadcasts all ASA league tournaments live.
