UFC Russian Heavyweight Alexander Volkov announced that he would accept a duel with a compatriot Sergei Pavlovich whether it is a Candidates or Championship fight.
Volkov has 36 wins and 10 losses in his MMA career. The Russian sits seventh in the UFC heavyweight rankings. Pavlovich shares the front row of the top weight class with Frenchman Cyril Gan. He has 18 wins and one loss to his name.
– I have a good relationship with Sergey, and it would not be very comfortable to fight him, because we communicate well and help each other in preparation. But that’s the only question. I would fight him if it was a nominees and championship fight and he said the same thing.
